Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for yield reporting and closing daily production and process orders with a firm deadline.  This position will be required to have a good understanding of product flow, product codes, and a general knowledge of the plant operations and work closely with the controller, plant accountant, and plant management to prepare and provide accurate numbers as well as look for ways to improve yield, yield reporting, and plant profitability.   This position is also involved in performing audits and reviewing inventories as needed and all other duties as assigned.   This is generally a Monday - Friday position but does have occasionally required Saturday work schedule.

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience: 3+ years of office experience. Accounting experience a plus

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with Microsoft office knowledge and a strong emphasis on Excel.  Prefer Tyson Business Computer System, SAP, BOM, & AFE.  Requires standard computer skills including generating spreadsheets and word processing. Proficiency in Excel is required. SAP experience a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Requires good communication skills to work with both plant management and inventory personnel.  Attention to details and meeting deadlines must be a priority.
