Coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues and ensuring performance. + Reviewing and acting on schedule releases and follow up for on-time shipments. Leading to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts to support customer requirements. + Actively monitor robotic cells while under operation and perform routine recoveries as needed to maintain uptime targets. + Ensure required indirect materials such as film, labels, boxes, etc. are replenished in a timely manner to avoid downtime and ensure consistent performance of Robotic Cells. + Support problem solving activities for facility Automation Specialist and AutoStore supervisors. Work to alleviate problem situations or to satisfy critical expediting or ordering problems. + Recommends changes in the movement of material and/or areas to assure the proper and timely completion of material distribution systems. + Participates in establishing plans for continuous improvement in future automation manufacturing projects and expansion of Robotic Cells. + Responsible for metric reporting and tracking. + Responsible for Arvin, CA software and hardware maintenance **What You Have (Required Skills):** + Effective communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel. + **Manufacturing Application Systems** : Knowledge of company and industry databases and applications used in a manufacturing environment; ability to operate, maintain and update these systems. + **Problem Solving** : Technical troubleshooting in robotics.
