**Job Title: Robotic Welder Operator** **Job Description** As a welder, you will be responsible for reading prints, understanding weld symbols, and executing welding jobs independently. You will operate crane equipment to move parts, both pre-fabricated and finished, in and out of jigs. Additionally, you will physically lift parts onto the welding table and set them up for welding. Your primary responsibility will be to weld parts. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret prints and weld symbols. + Execute welding jobs independently. + Operate crane equipment to move parts into and out of jigs. + Physically lift and set up parts onto the welding table. + Perform MIG welding of parts. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with robotic welding. + Reliability in attendance and punctuality. + Fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hardwire welding experience with multi-pass work. + Familiarity with welding on over 1" thick mild steel. **Why Work Here?** Potential to earn $30+/hour once certified and qualify for top welding pay. The environment is loud with radios playing and equipment running, and not the cleanest. Welding areas are spacious with dividers between work tables. You will be required to wear steel-toed boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection, a welding mask, and sleeves, along with company uniforms that are supplied. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.50/hr.
