The Robotics Engineering Intern will join a dynamic engineering team to support the Abrasive Process Solutions Group for Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Inc.

Your Day to Day:

Work with engineers on real customer projects by designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting abrasive processes in a state-of-the-art robotics grinding and polishing lab. Perform tasks including component selection, fixture design, prototyping, coding, data analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite to assist with projects. Shadow experienced engineers on customer visits to establish objectives, deliverables, and strategies around project requests. Create technical presentations on results from running experiments in the lab and present to internal and external stakeholders of the project.
