Job Title: Robotics Engineer

Job Description

This role involves creating brand awareness and generating excitement about the company's offerings. The individual will contribute to strategic development, engage with customers from a technical perspective, and understand the relevant technology. This is an ideal position for someone with experience in starting their own robotics company, with a focus on technical software/hardware work utilizing C++, Python, and Linux.

ResponsibilitiesCreate brand awareness and excitement around company offerings.Contribute to strategic development initiatives.Engage with customers from a technical perspective to understand and discuss technology.Perform technical software/hardware work depending on specialization, using C++, Python, and Linux.Essential SkillsExpertise in Robotics, especially subsea robotics.Strong name recognition and standing in the market.Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Robotics, Software, or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in C++, Python, and Linux.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ROS.Overseeing the commercialization of a product.Experience in programming and technical software/hardware work.Work Environment

The role will initially be remote for the first three months, with some flexibility in terms of working from home. The position offers a start-up environment with opportunities for executive leadership, stock options, a high salary, and creative freedom. There is also the potential to build your own brand within the company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
