Service Team Leader
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise, in our robotics installed base. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Robotics Service division in Spain. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProviding technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category.•\tDetermining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.•\tProviding technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers, such as, troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners. •\tIdentifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou are highly skilled in service, maintenance, commissioning and repairing robots with applications Arc Welding, Spot Welding Material handling and painting.\tYou have more than 3 years of experience in maintenance, commissioning and programming tasks, with equipment such as, PLC.\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Office and Salesforce.\tYou are passionate about collaboration, and have a solution-focused approach, as well as, strong written and spoken communication skills.\tDegree in electrical or electronical training (FP, engineering, etc.).\tYou are willing to travel, both nationally (Spain) and internationally (Europe) and feel at ease communicating both in English and Spanish.\tYou’re available to be rotationally on-call duty (24/7).\tYou hold current driver’s license valid in Spain and Spanish VISA/work permit.
