This is a **temp-to-hire position** offering hands-on experience and career growth opportunities. **What You’ll Do** + Operate and maintain extruders, including setup and teardown. + Manage water systems, dryers, loaders, and resin mixes. + Prepare, install, and clean dies, spreader blocks, and hoppers. + Ensure product quality meets specifications through measurement and labeling. + Complete required paperwork accurately. + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. _If you’ve worked with your hands—whether as a mechanic, in a die shop, or in a similar role—you’ll thrive in this position.
