Team Administrator Pharmacy Office
The importance of your role
You will provide support to the Pharmacy Office team to enable them to deliver on the pharmacy strategy and business plan by providing an outstanding administration service.
What you’ll be doing
Providing full administrative support to the Pharmacy Office Team.Maintaining an accurate filing system.Preparing weekly & monthly pharmacy reports.Consulting with Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and HSE in relation to paperwork for new stores and new registrations.Setting up of systems for pharmacists and pharmacy support teams in stores.Co-ordination of the Garda Vetting process and liaison with IPU.Raising of PO’s and new Vendor set ups.Co-ordinating annual training grant re-imbursement for pharmacistsAssisting with launch of corporate Flu vaccinations.Preparing and sending follow up correspondence where required; ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements, and the Data Protection Acts at all times. You will provide Pharmacy Office telephone and email support directing queries or issues to the appropriate member of the team, as necessary.
What you’ll need to have. Outstanding communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner are essential for this role. You will require experience in dealing with customers and a flare for customer care. You will need high attention to detail, a concern for order and quality and enjoy information seeking. You will need the ability to prioritise workload, and be able to work to timescales, delivering on time every time. You will have experience in office practice in an administrative role, with knowledge of databases and computer literacy word, excel and PowerPoint are essential, and understand the significance of working with personal and confidential data in a secure and discreet environment. You must have the ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative when required also to be keen to seek information where you identify a knowledge gap.Qualifications or experience within healthcare, dispensing or medical services would be an advantage but are not essential for this role.Our BenefitsGenerous Employee DiscountEnhanced Leave EntitlementsCompany Pension
