Role: Intern, Strategic Development (Bancassurance)

As an intern, you will assist in developing strategies to enhance bancassurance partnerships and support market research to identify new business opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and presentations, organize meetings and events related to business development, and track sales data to provide insights and recommendations. You will contribute to reports for senior management, support Business Development Managers with product and service inquiries, and coordinate engagement activities with bank partners. Additionally, you'll prepare tracking and fulfillment systems for campaign oversight, manage new business cases, and assist in compiling product comparisons for bank partners. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while adapting in a fast-paced environment.


 

Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement strategies to enhance our bancassurance partnerships.
- Support market research and analysis to find new business opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to business development.
- Track and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support BDMs in front office and desk bound product, servicing and new business enquiries from business partners.
- Coordination and organisation of engagement activities, trainings and events with bank partners. 
- Preparation and set up of tracking and fulfilment to enhance governance oversight for customer and distributors campaigns.   
- Support basic new business case management and policy servicing follow ups.
- Product and market scans: To assist in collation of product comparisons and propositions deck from internal teams for bank partners


Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
