**Job Title: Plate Roll and/or Roll Form Operator** **Job Description** The Plate Roll and/or Roll Form Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating plate rolling machinery to bend and form metal plates according to specified dimensions and tolerances. The machines used are 10' and 12' wide, with plate thickness ranging from 1/4" to 2". **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate plate rolling machinery to bend and form metal plates according to specifications. + Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine bending requirements. + Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products. + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. + Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members. + Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in roll forming, machine operating, crane operation, blueprint reading, roll form, plate roll or dishing. + Industrial crane operation. + Blueprint reading. + Forklift and machine operation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proven experience as a Plate Roll Operator or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. + Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards. + Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and operate machinery safely and effectively. + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401K plan. Benefits available to direct hire placements at Landmark Fabrication. Company provides Medical, Dental and 401K. They cover 10 paid Holidays per calendar year.
