About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Rolling Mill Operator to join our client, a successful manufacturer in Kingswinford. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating rolling mill machinery, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor rolling mill equipment to process metal materialsAdjust machine settings to achieve required specificationsConduct quality checks on finished productsPerform routine maintenance and report any issues to the maintenance teamFollow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environmentWork efficiently to meet production targets 
Requirements:
Previous experience working with rolling mills or in a metal processing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specificationsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work shifts if required 
Hours of work:
8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
 
Rate of pay:
£12-£13 per hour
