**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Roofers** for projects located in **Rathdrum, ID** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$27-35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Roofer eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Remove existing roofing materials, including shingles, TPO, and metal and ensuring proper disposal + Install various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin), and metal panels + Prepare and clean roof surfaces before installation + Ensure proper sealing, flashing, and waterproofing techniques are applied + Operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment safely + Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to prevent job site accidents + Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on time + Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and material needs **Requirements** + OSHA 10 Certification + Ability to work at heights and on steep slopes + Familiarity with roofing tools and safety procedures + Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions + Knowledge of proper installation techniques to prevent leaks and structural damage + Valid driver’s license preferred + Minimum of 4+ years of experience + Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
