Job Title: Roofing Foreman

Job Description

A commercial flat roofing company is seeking general laborers who are interested in learning the roofing trade. Candidates will be responsible for moving materials around the construction site and assisting other roofers on projects. Utilizing proper PPE and hand and power tools regularly.

You will be working outdoors 100% of the time in all weather conditions, on commercial and industrial projects. The work is physical and you will be part of a small team of 2-5 crew members. Most projects are within 45 minutes of the base location, with some larger projects up to 1.5 hours away. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toe boots. The typical work hours are from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, starting at the shop in WI. PPE such as hard hats and vests are required.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
