A Day in The Life:
Supervise crew and ensure safety and productivity on installation of various commercial roofing systems.Manage the direction and timely completion of jobs while adhering to budget and material requirements.Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspectionsIdentify quantity and scope changes to the contract and communicate to SupervisorMonitor equipment utilization and maintenanceServe as a main contact for field personnel and Project Manager
What we are seeking:
5+ years' roofing (commercial) experience, w/ experience supervising and leading crews-Required Experience with various commercial roofing systemsAbility to instruct and lead new crew membersAbility to work off an iPad and cell phone
