CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing company and we are seeking an experienced industry professional for our Roofing Operations Manager position in our Livermore, CA location to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas.
 

The base salary is $100k - $115k plus bonuses.

The Operations Manager will supervise all field operations. Coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of multiple commercial roofing projects. They will be responsible for managing Superintendents, Foremen, and crew as well as employee relations. This will include job supervision and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

5+ Years exp in Commercial Roofing REQUIREDAbility to manage and motivateA valid driver’s licenseCommercial roofing management experience requiredA comprehensive understanding of the commercial roofing industry is requiredProficient with managing job costs and budgetsUnderstanding of computer applications, reports, and email.
