Roofing Supervisor

Monadelphous has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team.
This is a local role which will see you working on one of our major CHPP site, Monday to Friday, 10hr days.
In the role of Supervisor, you will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring: 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor. Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification. CHPP and shutdown experience preferred. Sound knowledge of roofing systems, installations, wall sheeting, purlins and Cladding. The drive to get hands on and lead by example Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines. Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
