Job Description
To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, accurate, efficient, and professional service.
Responsibilities
+ Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specials
+ Prepare, deliver and service orders while following Omni standards
+ Always inquire if additional service is needed
+ Responsible for method of payment for each check entered using MICROS point of sale
+ Complete all side duties as assigned both opening and closing
+ Maintain presentation of display case and keep cooler restocked; minimize breakage
+ Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions
+ Prepares requisition for following day and communicates needs to chef and purchasing
+ Responsible for pre-bussing dirty dishes from tables and marinating cleanliness of Café, pool swimming area, and terrace; responsible for setup of tables in café and terrace
+ Responsible for keys and GM card ensuring keys are returned as associate leaves for day
+ Responsible for walking fitness center every half hour that rooftop café is open
+ Maintain presentation of Gym and Fitness Facilities and keep cooler stocked with cold towels, bottled water, and infused water.
+ Maintain Pool Deck and Chairs, including clean towels, chilled towels, infused water station.
+ Prepare and open the rooftop café including lights, music, patio tables and chairs, umbrellas, pool deck chairs and umbrellas
+ Offer and promote guest spritzing, sunglass cleaning, and other assorted experience enhancers
+ Follow and maintain the Forbes Standards with all guest experience.
Qualifications
+ Enforcement and knowledge of local liquor laws
+ Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification
+ Must become winequest certified
+ Be able to ring up orders through micros
+ Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment preferred
+ Prior experience cashing handling preferred
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
