Job DescriptionTo maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, accurate, efficient, and professional service.
Responsibilities Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specialsPrepare, deliver and service orders while following Omni standardsAlways inquire if additional service is neededResponsible for method of payment for each check entered using MICROS point of saleComplete all side duties as assigned both opening and closingMaintain presentation of display case and keep cooler restocked; minimize breakageAttend designated staff meetings and training sessionsPrepares requisition for following day and communicates needs to chef and purchasingResponsible for pre-bussing dirty dishes from tables and marinating cleanliness of Café, pool swimming area, and terrace; responsible for setup of tables in café and terraceResponsible for keys and GM card ensuring keys are returned as associate leaves for dayResponsible for walking fitness center every half hour that rooftop café is openMaintain presentation of Gym and Fitness Facilities and keep cooler stocked with cold towels, bottled water, and infused water. Maintain Pool Deck and Chairs, including clean towels, chilled towels, infused water station.Prepare and open the rooftop café including lights, music, patio tables and chairs, umbrellas, pool deck chairs and umbrellasOffer and promote guest spritzing, sunglass cleaning, and other assorted experience enhancersFollow and maintain the Forbes Standards with all guest experience. Qualifications Enforcement and knowledge of local liquor laws Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certificationMust become winequest certifiedBe able to ring up orders through microsPrevious experience in a fast-paced working environment preferredPrior experience cashing handling preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
