Overview Job Title: Room Attendant We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and the care they take in preparing and maintaining the guest rooms. What You'll Do: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness Clean all areas of the guestrooms and treehouses. Stock guestrooms with linens and essential amenities Be on time and ready to work the full shift you are scheduled for. Report maintenance repairs Assists guests and other staff members as needed Other housekeeping projects as directed. Maintain housekeeping cart by cleaning and stocking daily Respect for guests’ property should always be exercised What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. COMPENSATION: The rate of pay depends on experience: Room Attendant I pays $16.66 an hour potential for additional room incentives and tips. (Entry level) Room Attendant II pays $18 an hour potential for additional room incentives and tips. (Some Experience) Room Attendant III pays $20 an hour potential for additional room incentives and tips. (More than 2 years experienceand ability to self-inspect after 90 days) BENEFITS: We provide full-time benefits to hourly employees that work 30 or more hours per week. PTO ACCRUAL (includes Holiday hours that can be use for personal PTO) Hire to one year: 88 hours/year, 120 Max (.04231 X All Hours Paid) 1 years/Less than 5 years: 128 hours/year, 160 Max (.06154) 5 years/Less than 10 years: 168 hours/year, 200 Max (.08077) 10+ years: 208 hours/year, 240 Max (.10000) HOURS: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week. This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. Must have a flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed. This position is 4/ 10 hour shifts. LOCATION: Stevenson, WA 22 miles from White Salmon, WA 23 miles from Hood River, OR 28 miles from Washougal, WA 30 miles from Troutdale, OR 30 miles from Camus, WA 50 minutes from Vancouver, WA 50 minutes from Portland, OR Qualifications Job-related experience preferred Ability to accomplish projects in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Ability to adapt to change. Ability to perform manual skills Responsible for adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $16.66/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
