<p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p> <p>Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production of menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Responsible for all types of cooking functions required for the preparation of specialty menu items for multiple outlets.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards for a safe and efficient shift</li> <li>Perform preliminary preparation work in a timely manner</li> <li>Perform various job duties that will include operation of grill, fryer, broiler, oven, and pizza oven in accordance with kitchen needs.</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of all outlet recipes to ensure food preparation is correct and of high quality</li> <li>Prepare food according to regular and special menus on a continual basis</li> <li>Ensure that all food preparation is within health, safety, and sanitation guidelines</li> <li>Ensure all areas assigned are clean and free of debris</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position</li> <li>Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
