About the role:
The Sever is an integral role in the guest experience. This position is responsible for taking orders from guests, making insightful recommendations and timing service to ensure satisfaction. The Server ensures all orders are completed exactly as requested and completes quality checks throughout service. This requires a person with the hospitality spirit to connect with guests, ensure all details are attended to and communicates positively and effectively with team members. It is expected for the Server to be highly knowledgeable about all menu items and ingredients and be able to describe items in an enthusiastic and confident manner, demonstrating Four Seasons Standards of service. This position requires a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes hectic and demanding environment.
What you will do:
The ability to use the guest's name at least three times during each conversation.The ability to offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests of selections and timeliness of service.The ability to coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.The ability to make the guest feel comfortable and at ease in his/her room.The ability to control the cleanliness in the room service areas.The ability to keep accurate control of guest checks, credit vouchers, currency and posting procedures.The ability to record all guest charges, gratuities and cash transactions accurately.The ability to maintain a control sheet so the Manager knows when an order was taken, delivered and retrieved and by whom.What you bring:

Schedule & Hours:
