Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Room service server to join the team.

As a Room Service Server, you will be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

What you will do:

Provide exceptional room service to guests, ensuring their in-room dining experience exceeds Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by offering personalized service and knowledgeable recommendations about menu options, daily specials, and beverages.

Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to guest rooms while maintaining a high level of courtesy and attention to detail.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and ready for service.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience.

What You Bring:

A passion for delivering outstanding service with a positive, proactive attitude.

Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
