What will you do in this job?Responsible for the daily planning of the Windsong Lodge Reservations and room assignments. Work closely with the Front Desk staff and management team in an efficient, courteous and dedicated manner to ensure that the guest’s expectations are exceeded. Provide quality service and enhance the guest experience while following the company and Windsong Lodge’s policies and procedures.
Review incoming guest requests and complete daily room assignments for all arriving guestsAssist the in the pre-arrival process to ensure special accommodations and considerations are fulfilled prior to the guests' arrivalOrganize and evaluate incoming group manifests and communicate rooming needs to Front Operations teamBe knowledgeable of lodge services, daily functions or activities occurring at the Lodge and in the area.Utilize PMS system to input rooming notes and room assignments as neededAssist with Front Operations duties as needed (training provided) What skills and experience do you need for this job?Minimum of one year of experience working with hotel Property Management Systems required. Experience with OTAs is advantageous.
