QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management of equivalent At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other relevant software/applications Must have strong oral and written communication skills Must be flexible and adaptable Must have a good time management skills Can perform with minimum supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quality guest services that include registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming room reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payment from departing guests.
