The Rooms Controller will ensure that the requests and needs of all guests are accommodated and room inventory and allocations are processed to ensure guest satisfaction whilst maintaining the best for the business. **JOB SUMMARY** The Rooms Controller will ensure that the requests and needs of all guests are accommodated and room inventory and allocations are processed to ensure guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a lust for life are essential.
