Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $20.64 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

\n

The Front Office Rooms Coordinator organizes and oversees all VIP and group arrivals/pre-check in groups to ensure total group satisfaction. Ensures that all group guests confirmed specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Communicate efficiently all group & VIP concessions to the team for proper execution and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Hilton's high standards of quality.

\n\nCompletes the group and guests pre-registration and registration process by inputting and retrieving information with routine difficulty from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests, room rate, and specific group concessions. \nPre-blocks all VIP and specific accommodations and special requests at least 2 days prior to arrival. \nPrioritizes daily room assignments (i.e., Tours). Makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. \nCodes electronic keys. Non-verbally confirms the room number and rate. \nProvides welcome folders containing room keys, certificates, coupons and refreshment center keys as appropriate. \nPre-blocks all guests with special requests.\nReviews Group Resumes for groups details accuracy. Monitor group resumes ensuring that all reservations related information is applied properly.   Looks for special requests, coding issues and billing requirements. Set up group billing within OnQ system for assigned groups if necessary.   \n\n

Promptly answers the telephone using positive and clear language. Inputs messages into the computer. Retrieves messages and communicates the content to the guest. Retrieves mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested

\n\n\n

Assist in ensuring proper communication of group requests to the Front Office team and distribute group reports according to resume specifications.  Monitors and charges No Shows and Late Cancels daily.

\n\nPerform functions of the Pre-Arrival Coordinator, when needed\n
