Salary - up to £29,500 per year

\n

This is a full time role, 39h per week - Monday to Friday.

What will I be doing? 

\n\nCarry out daily administrative activities of the Rooms Division while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures\nProvide secretarial support to the Director of Rooms and other members of the Rooms Division Management team as required. \nOversee and take ownership of the daily general cashiering for the hotel\nHave process orders for departments in Rooms Division, do regular stock takes and ensure stock levels are kept in line with business demands. \nReceive and distribute postal mail\nWork on billing enquiries and resolve outstanding quarries with the Front Office team\nTake notes in official meetings relating to team members\nWork with centralised finance team to resolve any posting concerns in the PMS system\nIdentify and build internal and external relationships\nCarry out all filing\nAssist and work on with special projects as requested\nSupport with the operation as required.\n\n

What are we looking for?  

\n\nSuperb can-do attitude and ownership with the ability work on your own as well as in a group.  \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent administration and IT skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work under pressure\nExperience using a Property Management system, ideally OnQ. \n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious supervisor experience in front office or worked as a housekeeping office coordinator \n\n
