Your activities Analyze flight schedule information Assign shifts to staff using the optimal shift plan, ensuring compliance with legal restrictions and staff union agreements Parameterize and keep the roster system up to date Meet with the operational area to ensure consensus on shift planning and task assignment according to the staff training profile Generate analysis of overtime, operational problems and training profiles necessary to optimally cover demand Provide relevant information related to resource planning Control and analyze indicators related to productivity and overtime Key Performance Indicators Undercoverage Overtime Roster published on time What we offer Advanced English and/or Spanish Proactive attitude and problem-solving Ability to perform analysis in a holistic manner Advanced in Excel Knowledge in assigning shifts to operational personnel Experience in the airline industry is a plus At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
