Fully Remote
Reports to: Maintenance Coordinator Manager
Travel: 50-75% / short notice
Pay: $120,000-135,000/year + 10% annual bonus

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Job Description Summary: The Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist (REMS)leads the maintenance of large rotating equipment, especially GOX compressors, to improve reliability. The REMS will oversee repairs, collaborate with teams to resolve recurring issues, and contribute to maintenance policies. The REMS will also involves manage spare parts, review preventive maintenance data, and provide technical support while participating in root cause analyses and maintenance planning.
________________________Are you a MATCH?Required Qualifications
10+ years of technical experience in Rotating Equipment operations, troubleshooting, and design
Knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the compressors, turbines, pumps, and fans required in the air separation, CO2, and H2 manufacturing processes
MS Office/Google suite proficiency
Willingness/ability to travel 50-75% of the time to fulfill responsibilities; can travel on short notice (0 to 10 days)
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience interacting directly with compressor OEMs
3-5 years of experience with hands on compressor maintenance
3-5 years of experience planning and executing industrial plant maintenance turnarounds
