Job Description

Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Logistics and Supply Chain Team. The Rotational Development Program consists of four rotations that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.

Customer Order Management:

Establish positive customer relationships and ensure on time delivery of finished products.Confirm and monitor customer orders in SAP.Maintain a rolling 21-month volume forecast in SAP.Monitor and analyze finished goods inventory.Analyze customer demand behavior/customer waterfalls.

Production Scheduling:

Create and maintain master production schedule and align with production.Capacity managementSupport engineering changes, manage ramp-up and ramp-down of products to minimize excess & obsolete stock.

Procurement Planning:

Planning of raw materials to ensure availability of components for production.Responsible for order placement and verification of delivery with suppliers.Monitor and analyze raw material inventory.Monitoring of supply base delivery performance (i.e.: on time delivery).Forecast planning towards suppliers.Analyze changes in supplier releases/vendor waterfall.

General:

Ensure logistics targets are met (ie: inventory, delivery performance, premium freight)Independent bottleneck planningMaintain SAP parameters for raw material and finished goods.Lead and support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities.

Travel/ Relocation:

Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S and potentially to international locations. 

QualificationsBachelor's Degree (Preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering).1-3 years of experience in customer production and procurement planning.Experience with a large global production company highly preferred.
