Overview:

Seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee safe, efficient maritime operations for Fast Crew Boats (FCBs) and ensure vessels at the assigned base remain in optimal operational status.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure FCB operations are conducted safely and within client deadlines. Coordinate closely with Technical Superintendents, HSEQ, and local authorities. Maintain vessel compliance with FCB regulations, including documentation and certification. Oversee vessel security and manage regulatory documentation, ensuring all logbooks are up-to-date. Support Dry-Dock planning and coordinate with classification bodies. Supervise vessel captains, monitor adherence to company and customer procedures, and conduct crew training and evaluations. Handle requisitions for fleet operations materials and local purchases. Collaborate on budgeting and crew management, including for injury/illness cases. Qualifications:
Experience working ashore as a Marine Superintendent or similar Experience with crew boats is essential. Demonstrated experience in crew management, HSEQ compliance, and maritime regulatory practices.
