Job description

Position: Rotatives Lifing Engineer

Location: Elbląg

Type of work: hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Salaries: base+ financial bonus

Responsibilities:

You will be key player in the team of Rotative Component Lifing for Aircraft Engine that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.You will perform lifing of various Turbomachinery components, End to End experience in NPI, ownership of critical parts lifing and disc NPI along with modifications.You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.Experience with Lifing of Rotating components of Gas turbine.Experience in concept design and detailed design of turbo machinery components (especially Gas Turbine) with very good proficiency in lifing analysis.Experience in latest versions of advanced CAE platforms like ABAQUS with very good meshing and complex analysis capabilities.Experience in mechanical integrity assessments, like Structural, Thermal, Transient, Creep, Fatigue, and their interactionsAnalytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementHigh analytical skillsA high degree of initiative and flexibilityHigh customer orientationHigh quality awarenessExcellent verbal and written communication skills
