Rough Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including the ability to read blueprints and perform installations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects. **Duties** • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. • Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials. • Perform electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Plumb and install fixtures accurately to meet design specifications. • Apply stucco finishes to surfaces as required for aesthetic purposes. • Undertake maintenance person tasks that may include repairs and maintenance of structures. • Install flooring materials with precision, ensuring durability and quality. • Lift heavy materials safely, adhering to best practices for physical safety on the job site. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
