**Hiring Experienced Welders, Electricians, and Carpenters $21-24/Hr.** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Welders, Electricians, and Carpenters to join our team in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidates will have experience in either welding, electrical work, or carpentry and will be responsible for contributing to various manufacturing cells within our facility. This role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. **Responsibilities** + Weld vehicle frames and chassis together using MIG on steel and aluminum. + Install cabinets, door frames, windows, flooring, interior framing, and drywall. + Build harnesses, route wires, install electrical outlets, and work with AC/DC power. + Wire lights and main panels following blueprints and schematics. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Essential Skills** + Carpentry + Welding (MIG on Steel/Aluminum) + Electrician (Commercial/Residential) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Proficiency in using a tape measure **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, electrical wiring, or carpentry + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401K plan. The standard shift is from 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime starting as early as 5AM.
