Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team!

Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills. right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Schedule: Part Time Monday, Thursday and Every Other Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm
Wage: $17.50 – 22.50 hourly – Based on Experienced

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs. Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
