\n\nABOUT THE ROLE
\nMcCarthy Tire Service is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll complete daily delivery routes, assist with loading/unloading, and operate company vehicles responsibly—all while being home every evening. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in excellent service and safe driving.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tComplete assigned delivery routes based on the weekly schedule.\n\tOperate company vehicles (manual and automatic) safely and in full compliance with DOT regulations.\n\tAssist with loading and unloading tires and related products.\n\tEnsure on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.\n\tPerform daily vehicle inspections and routine preventative maintenance (PM).\n\tFollow all company safety standards and procedures.\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n\n\tMinimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the past 3 years.\n\tValid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\n\tAble to pass a DOT physical exam.\n\tHigh school diploma or GED required.\n\tMust be at least 18 years of age.\n\tAble to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.\n\tWillingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.\n\tComfortable working independently and as part of a team.\n\n\nWHY JOIN US?\n\n\n\tHome Daily – No overnight routes!\n\tSupportive team environment.\n\tOpportunities for growth and career advancement.\n\tTraining provided for vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.\n\n\nWORK AUTHORIZATION\n\n\n\tMust be authorized to work in the United States.\n\n\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
