Truck- Route Driver & Warehouse complete local routes hauling out grey confidential secure & shred bins for destruction, on occasion retrieve or deliver storage boxes from warehouse or clients. When not driving working in the warehouse retrieving and returning secure storage boxes to shelves. As needed tip secure & shred bins into conveyer belt for paper to be shredded.

PAY : pay up to $20.00 per hour DOE (paid biweekly)

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday

HOURS : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Expect OT )

LOCATION : 4900 SW Regional Airport BLVD Bentonville, AR 72712

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive an automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck, Tipper, and/or Mobile Shred Unit to pick up and/or shred confidential documents from various businesses

Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance

Make an average of 25+ stops a day, heavy customer interaction

Prepare accurate paperwork and records

Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations

Lift at least 50lbs./ haul up to 100lbs.

Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and locations on Safekeeper system

Communicate any difficult order issues to manager

Inspect and maintain all equipment, including Telxon scanner, wedge, Safekeeper terminal and ladders

Collaborate with team members

Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues

Perform all physical requirements without assistance

REQUIREMENTS:

Have high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license

Pass a background check and a DOT physical/drug test

Have a clean driving records for the last 3 years

Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

Work on your feet all day

Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)

Climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds and be able to use tools to maneuver materials

At least one to two years’ experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere and/or service industry and/or team-focused environment

Basic computer skills required

Strong attention to detail

Commitment to adhere to and enforce all security procedures

Work well in a team environment
