About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the primary purpose of the ‘ICF Route Lead - Land Access’ is to capture, monitor and drive productivity and efficiency of Land Access deliverables. With a focus on client requirements, specifications and contract KPI's, this role will be the voice of the team, acting as the conduit for both internal and external meetings and forums.
 

What you'll be doing:

Manage a small team of Land Access specialists. Capture Land Access activities and milestones in a readily accessible platform to ensure timeframes and tasks are met. Attend both client and internal meetings to provide status updates and pathways on all Land Access deliverables. Support the wider Project team to ensure that client expectations are met. Produce and distribute reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with internal and external third-party stakeholders, where required. Work closely with the Land Access team to understand and manage workloads and task allocation. Ensure the implementation of land access procedures that meet statutory, contract delivery and work management requirements Actively participate in problem solving access issues and removing constraints from build. 

 

About You

Experienced in managing a team with competing priorities. Ability to capture, manage and forecast Land Access deliverables and actions associated with the route. Confidence to present to senior management both internally, externally and to the Client. Exceptional time management and ability to multitask across an often-inconsistent range of tasks. Ability to prioritise conflicting deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the principles of Land Access activities under Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act. Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook
