As a Router Planner Analyst, you will play a key role in accelerating volume growth and enhancing cost-to-serve efficiencies by designing and implementing route engineering solutions within our Route Intelligence Center Your Impact In this role, you will be responsible for managing service requests from the Operating Unit (OU) / Market Unit (MU) through the Field Strategy Manager, utilizing the Territory Planner platform to develop and optimize solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with senior team members to clarify service requests and ensure alignment on expectations. Engaging with the Project / Change Manager to assess the effectiveness of implemented route engineering solutions and making data-driven adjustments as needed. Coordinating with your team of route engineers, ensuring technical support and seamless execution of engineering strategies. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Fluent English proficiency (written & spoken) is a must. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel Proactive mindset and sense of urgency to address requests and resolve issues in a timely manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
