For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. Responsibilities Full ownership of 4x RSR’s – South Wales and Bristol and Gloucester. Management of their Capability enhancement journey. Gaining business results through your directs including. Manage in-store volume, distribution, fixture visibility, promotional execution and secondary displays within your customer base. KPIS include :- Vans Received Revenue AOP. Vans fully operational everyday – No lost days. Vans Active Call file management and AOP Target. Stock Cash control with full responsibility for tracking and reconciliation. Relationship building at store level. Recruitment of any vacancies. Build one Team mentality to leverage your directs to adapt to delivering the multiple target Agenda. Booker Depot Relationship built and maintained. Qualifications Selling skills essential. People focussed skills -taking others with you. Knowledge of the FMCG market (desirable). Great communication and relationship building skills. Experience of working to targets. A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. Perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals. Responsible and ethical behaviour towards customers, suppliers and others in the organisation. Independent and pro-active individual who can work with minimal supervision.
