Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Specialist – First Aid and Safety to be a support partner of the Service Department. The Route Specialist will assist leadership in growing and retaining the business. Responsibilities include route coverage, assisting with installations/deliveries, assisting in the warehouse and with fleet, and helping the Service Department in any other areas as needed.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Possess a valid driver's license in good standing High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

3+ years on route as a Service Sales Representative Demonstrated successful execution of Service Fundamentals Sales experience Excellent customer service skills

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $45,000.00 - $90,000.00/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
