Are you passionate about driving sales effectiveness and optimizing service models across dynamic and diverse markets? We’re looking for a Route-to-Market (RTM) Specialist to join our team and take the lead on strategic RTM development.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Design, align, and implement RTM strategies aimed at optimizing and increasing the efficiency of service models in the region;
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and provide insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to drive commercial impact;
+ Monitor sales efficiency KPIs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the team is set up for success;
+ Actively collaborate with sales teams and conduct regular in-field visits to validate execution of standards;
+ Lead and influence cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact RTM initiatives;
+ Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools related to sales performance and efficiency.
**What you will bring**
+ Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into business insights;
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with proven project management experience;
+ Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a track record of managing complex commercial challenges;
+ Previous experience in any commercial function (preferably in FMCG and/or distribution sectors);
+ Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to drive impact through them;
+ High proficiency in Russian, and at least intermediate English;
+ A hands-on, proactive mindset and readiness to work closely with sales and field teams.
