ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Routing Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing orders within the

Distribution Center for assigned orders & customer accounts. A Routing Coordinator for the Command Center will be required to work with the floor operations team, Order Management, Sales, and top retailers.  This role is fast paced and requires a high level of attention to detail, a sense of urgency prioritizing time sensitive orders taking initiative to achieve the goals.  We are looking for someone who is analytical and is extremely productive with minimal supervision.   

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

The Command Center is the “heartbeat” of the operation with the responsibility of releasing orders to keep consistent FLOW through the DC.  In addition to releasing orders, the Command Center team is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met by acting with sense of urgency & follow through.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing orders for assigned customer accounts.  Release orders to the warehouse floor promptly & monitor through completion to ensure all deadlines are met.Responsible for identifying issues with orders and escalate through appropriate resolution channels.  Responsible for the orders from start to finish.Provide support to the sales & order management teams and coordinate with various departments to ensure the deadlines and ship conditions are always met.

               

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Strong organizational and motivational skills, with close attention to detailSense of urgency, follow-through and being self-sufficient with minimal supervisionExperience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams is preferredExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with all levels of management and external contacts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

High school graduate or GED preferred.Minimum of 1-year experience in a Distribution environment.Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Manage systems preferred.

How You Will Make a Difference: You strategically process, release and track specific orders ensure that customer deadlines are met to support the brand.  You will analyze data based on ship windows and priorities to ensure that PAR dates are met so that launch product arrives on time.  You communicate effectively with the floor operations team to prevent aging and maintain flow.  You identify opportunities to leverage and maximize turnaround while enhancing UPH.  

How You Will Do It: By tactically analyzing EWM utilizing various reports to achieve both revenue goals and tight deadlines.  You communicate with floor operations and leadership to prevent anything from being missed or aged.  Maintaining a high sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to follow through is critical to your success.
