Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is looking for an On-the-Road Quality Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within AMZL. The OTR Quality Manager will solve complex challenges with last mile delivery in the network, partnering with AMZL ACES manager, Station Managers, and WW SME’s to ensure continuous accuracy across our planning. The individual in this position will identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions for various customer experience initiatives, designed to improve Amazon’s ability to deliver directly to customers. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities
• Own Routing execution and liaise with central ops on daily execution, monitoring and reporting to drive actions with respective channel partners.
• AU AMZL POC between channel partners, RaP tech to support Deep dives and implement actions.
• Liaise with Tech to ensure timely execution of configurations and be the POC between Ops and Routing Tech.
• AU AMZL POC for station and Central ops to drive SW in processes that impact DPPH outcomes plus scoping of continuous improvement opportunities
• Owner of DPPH bridging activity via the DPPH PvA % mechanism in DBR/WBR.
• AMZL POC to resolve VOD/SDS escalations.
• Responsible for START Content/Wiki updates relating to OTR Productivity
• Basic SQL knowledge required.
• Lead weekly review calls with business partners and daily escalation calls as necessary.
• Other additional duties as assigned, based on future quality initiatives based in the field.
