Roving Concierge

The Roving Concierge is responsible for the operation of the Regency Club/ Concierge area including managing the flow of the RC guests, assisting them with check-ins, check-outs, restaurant reservations, recommendations, monitoring F&B inventory, completing requisitions and purchase orders, amenities, etc. Be aligned with the hotel focus to provide a high level of service, meaningful experiences and a true desire to satisfy the needs and high-end expectations of our guests in a fast, efficient and paced environment. **General Responsibilities:** + Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome. + Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as hotel happenings, transportation, outdoor activities, restaurant recommendations, etc. + Perform general concierge duties such as: accommodating general and unique requests, being the source of information from the hotel and the island, processing amenities requests, etc. + Be in constant communication with other departments of the hotel, especially with the Front Office, Concierge, Regency Club and Spa. + Assist with group coordinators for special recommendations and activities. + Be the reference person to assist with VIP’s visit agenda of activities, in communication and coordination with VIP concierges locally and internationally. _We are committed to Inclusion_ _._ _Being part of Hyatt means always having space to be you._ _We are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion.
