Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC). The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with maintenance, safety, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring all services (janitorial, life safety, engineering, maintenance) align with company policies and client requirements.Manage maintenance programmes to uphold the interior and exterior conditions of the property.Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from occupants and implement contract programmes as needed.Ensure all site-specific documentation and reports are accurate and completed on time.Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, and purchase orders.Assist in developing capital budgets, including a five-year maintenance and improvement plan.Monitor tenant and vendor compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate claims.Proactively inspect the facility and report issues to the Facility Manager.Key Competencies:

Associate’s degree in facilities management, building, business, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).3-5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial real estate, preferably in facilities management.Knowledge of maintenance, construction, and property operations.CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFM, BOMA) are a plus.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
