Clean Harbors is seeking a Trainer. The Trainer will work with management, Operations and Employees to assess learning and training needs.  This position will design, develop, and deliver learning opportunities and training programs that effectively support business plans and the achievement of strategic, tactical and annual business objectives.  This position will deliver regulatory training in a classroom environment.

The position will routinely interact with Subject Matter Experts and Leadership teams in both  a consultative/advisory and in an information gathering role. Written material will be reviewed by management, business units and employees. When assigned by management, contact with external organizations and the academic community will be required especially related to 'best practice’ information, learning and research alliances.
