Starting Pay - $18.00, per hour + uncapped sales & repair incentive potential

Average incentive potential of $480/month & Top incentive potential of $1,950/month, based on performance

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

High school diploma or GED1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience6+ months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systemsAbility to work a flexible retail scheduleA passing background check (criminal and drug test)Basic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 1+ years of driving experienceAbility to travel a radius of up to 100 miles (store to store)

What you will be doing:

Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiencesSafely travel in a personal vehicle to locations throughout a designated market (daily)Perform repairs for all devices efficiently Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers (selling on every transaction)Achieve sales goalsHandle work orders and manage inventoryOversee buybacks and product returnsLearn and provide best practices between storesShare feedback for store improvements
