Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our people play vital roles in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** The RPA Business Analyst will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with technical solutions within the automation department. This position focuses on gathering requirements, creating Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Run Books, supporting quality assurance efforts, generating reports, and ensuring successful automation project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the UIPath tool, UIPath test manager knowledge, and expertise in streamlining business processes through automation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable automation requirements that align with business goals + Use your knowledge of the UIPath tool to support automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the design and implementation of RPA solutions + Assist in troubleshooting automation issues using SQL, provide support for data analysis, and help drive decision-making within the automation team + Create detailed and comprehensive documentation such as Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and Run Books to maintain consistency and ensure alignment across teams + Work closely with the automation development team, business stakeholders, and the data team to ensure timely and effective delivery of automation solutions that meet business objectives **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree or above in IT or related field + 4+ years experience working as RPA Analyst + Experience with creation of PDD and SDD documents + Experience in working with RPA tools preferably UIPath + Experience with SQL and data analysis **Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment + Excellent communication skills + Ability to convert business needs into clear actionable automation requirements with business goals + Have good troubleshooting skills **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline.
