As the RPA Business Analyst, you will evaluate business processes, identify automation opportunities, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Reporting to the VP of Intelligent Process Automation, you will be the bridge between business units and RPA developers, translating business needs into technical requirements. Your efforts will lead to improved operational efficiencies, enhanced productivity, and the successful deployment of RPA workflows.
You Will:
Analyze existing business processes to pinpoint high-impact opportunities for automation.
Document workflows, create end-to-end process maps, and gather functional requirements for streamlined automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for RPA initiatives.
Work with RPA developers to design and validate automation workflows that meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to ensure the successful implementation of RPA solutions.
Serve as a key liaison between business units and the RPA development team, managing expectations and guiding stakeholders on RPA potential.
Partner with the Project Manager to prioritize RPA projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
Evaluate processes, identify areas for further automation, and propose scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
1+ years of experience working with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Proven experience documenting processes, gathering requirements, and supporting cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) and the ability to leverage data-driven insights.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
